As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.

Christian Education at Erlanger Methodist Church
At Erlanger Methodist, we believe that prayer, Bible study, and fellowship aren’t just programs—they are the very lifeblood of our church. These three threads weave together to form a community where faith is strengthened, hearts are encouraged, and lives are transformed.
Prayer – Seeking God Together
Prayer is where it begins. From our Third Saturday Hour of Prayer to our weekly pre-service prayer on Sunday mornings, we come together to seek God’s presence, lift up our community, and intercede for the world. Prayer fuels everything we do.
Fellowship – Life Shared in Christ
Faith flourishes in fellowship. Whether through Adult Ministries, Lydia’s service projects, or our active Methodist Men and Women in Mission, we grow closer to one another as we serve side by side. Meals shared, projects tackled, laughter, encouragement, and acts of kindness—these moments shape us as the body of Christ.
Bible Study – Growing in the Word
We never stop learning. Throughout the year, we offer Bible studies that challenge and inspire—Tuesday evenings or Saturday mornings are often set aside for digging deeper. From book studies like The Awe of God by John Bevere, to engaging with media like The Chosen, to confirmation classes for our kids, we open the Word and discover what it means for our lives today.
An Invitation to You
Christian Education at EMC is more than classes and meetings—it’s a way of life. It’s prayer that keeps us rooted, fellowship that keeps us connected, and Bible study that keeps us growing. Wherever you are in your journey, there’s a place for you here to pray, learn, and live in Christ with us.
